Early Learning Center
Now forming · Opening Spring 2027

Big curiosity starts small

Galileo Early Learning Center nurtures the whole child. We build strong foundations through play, discovery, and the kind of thinking that sticks, the same approach behind our A-rated K-8 school in Sanford.

Galileo VPK follows the Seminole County Public Schools calendar. Families request a morning or full-day spot, and placement is set by available space. We blend Conscious Discipline and the Creative Curriculum so children learn to name feelings, work with others, and solve real problems.

Our teachers

Caring teachers who know how young children learn

Every Galileo classroom blends Conscious Discipline with the Creative Curriculum, so children learn to name their feelings, work with others, and follow what makes them curious. Our teachers meet each child where they are and help them reach the next step.

Our approach

Five principles guide every day

Love

Nurture

We start with the child. Each day meets their social and emotional needs first.

Goldilocks

Just-right challenge

Work that is not too easy and not too hard. We find the spot where a child is ready to grow.

Empathy

Service

We help children use their gifts to solve problems and make things better for others.

Power

Voice and choice

Children help make real decisions about their learning, in the classroom and across the school.

No Child Left Bored

Passionate interests

Learning follows what sparks a child, across subjects and through projects they help shape.

What we believe

How young children really learn

Ability is not fixed. It grows or fades with effort.

Every child can get stronger in every subject.

Real learning needs real engagement.

Children build their own understanding, so good teaching starts from what they already know.

We teach in the zone, the spot where a child's skills and the challenge meet.
